From outdoor music performances set against the New York City skyline at Liberty State Park to live Jazz on J. Owen Grundy Pier at lunchtime, the Office of Cultural Affairs strives to create opportunities for Jersey City artists and musicians to showcase their talent to the community. All events are family-friendly and barrier-free.
